If you have a problem in the queue and one that is similar, I think it would be nice to say "I have a problem in the queue with this variation; should I combine these two?" instead of "Surprise! Here's the same problem with a twist which must be posted seperately!" It's not terrible to have the problem posted seperately, it just slows down the queue.
