HELP HELP HELP
I dont know if im supposed to do this...but i need major help with a puzzle that is literally killing me. I haven't slept in 2 days, trying to deal with this puzzle. I have completed the other 49 questions in the Quiz. I need HELP.

its one of the them language equations like 7=D in a W (Days in a Week)
