New problems - Inherent properties
This has arisen from something that would pass many here.
An attempt is being made to link problems, for which a genuine solution exists, and for which there is an official solution that has not been published.
I am concerned in my researching that there are problems which need to cross-reference to a prior problem for its solution. This is not a real issue while the problem exists only on this site (defended by by copyright, ok!).
The issue is that: "If a problem requires Prior Knowledge, it should be referenced within the problem if it is not expedient to parahrase it."
I believe we do not need to make 'x' internet forays to get what should exist on one page !!!!!!
Unless you're playing levik's treasure hunt, then such a practice needs to be discouraged.
