Search forums? Avoid duplicate posts.
Can a search be added to the forum to avoid duplicate posts, but still perhaps allow a user to search for answers with out reading all 1000 or so forum posts. (is that one sentence or five?) |

It's true that it would be nice. On the other hand, there are few "answers" in the forums (none to puzzles); the only place where you could find answers would be the reference section, and those are usually pretty focused on a specific question. To be honest, we haven't had much of a problem with duplicate posts - with only 8-10 posts a week people are generally happy to answer anyone's questions. |
