Hi people!

Hi, my name is Peter Kishalov, I am an embedded systems engineer. I came to perplexus to tell you about my own project - rooms.jmpup.com. This is a puzzle machine, which generates puzzles of one type - the paradox puzzles, like in "The Lady or the tiger" by Raymond Smullyan... This kind of puzzles is really very challenging, so do not expect to solve them all in one run, cause they are generated on the fly :).

Time will come when I will submit it publicly on this site, but for now, would be so nice to have your feedback on this one.. Thanks!

Re: Hi people!

Peter,
at all times we welcome new users who have a genuine interest in contributing to our community, as we do in your case.

I have looked briefly at your page and looked a few rooms.

Do I see resemblance to the "Knights and Liars" sub category of problems within the Logic category here, but at a more sophisticated level?

I'm unsure what you mean by 'submit it publicly on this site'.

Might I suggest that you take this idea over to the General Discussion Forum (which is a more appropriate place to generate discussion) open a thread there, and we can hopefully work with you there.

Re: Hi people!

I went to your root link and derived this (and I'm thinking that the link won't work here when I submit, but it's available) http://web.jmpup.com/index.php.

I now understand where you intend this to go public.

Follow through on the thread idea if you wish but I cannot guarantee how many calls would be made to the thread. That said, with some of our membership enjoying Logic problems you could have given some of those some inspirations.

Re: Hi people!

This reminds me of a puzzle book I have. Most of the puzzles are the Knights/Knaves/Liars type, but the first chapter features puzzles just like the ones on your site.

Sorry, the mobile stuff is a totally different project! The puzzle site has a different subdomain, it is "rooms.jmpup.com".

Since I was here last time the game went through some changes and improvements.
Now I am working on adding there some inhabitants, which, of course will remind of Knights and Knaves. My projected classes are "Wizards" and "Humans".

So, meet you in the general discussion.

Re: Hi people!

Ok! Please set yourself a thread to which we may relate.

I'd suggest that you give us a link as few check on this forum.
