In general, I would say one is that you could post this as a problem for the perplexus community. However, when problems are reviewed, we generally won't post a problem that already appears on the perplexus website, and I think your sequence is already on here.

Finally, here is a little hint: did you notice that the only digits that appear in your sequence are '0', '1', and '2'? This suggests that these numbers might be in some base other than 10.
