Welcome to Perplexus!
The official solutions are usually submitted along with the puzzles, and are usually hidden until a few days after the puzzle first appears on the site. Also, anyone can post their own solutions in the comments. Occasionally, an official solution will link to such a solution. Just don't give away the solution in the title.
