Perplexus has a vast and constantly expanding archive to which you may care to add. If you do submit any puzzles please be patient as they will sit in the queue for about 10 weeks (with the present queue length). In the mean time, enjoy exploring the site and solving the puzzles. |

Please have a look at the thread in the New User Forum listings. There is one started by tiffany, "hey everyone".
There are a few points there which should give you a good start.
As to being an active member, would you believe that you already are? How come? You have registered with Perplexus and have made your first posting.
As to "What is this site really?" Its founder (levik) set about to create a puzzle centre whereby people can share puzzles of differing varieties. He has delegated various levels of control and responsibility to us so that we are able run the site,as a cooperative without having to depend heavily upon him.
But first look over the comments addressed to tiffany, and if you have any further questions, might I suggest that you create a thread in Forums General Discussion.

I'm an IB Theory of Knowledge teacher and I found this site doing the unit on Logic and Reasoning. My students are enjoying some of your problems and you may find some of them joining you soon! Thanks for such an interesting site. Where would I post a question about a puzzle that appears to me to have definitely been solved but is still listed as "no solution"? Thanks! |

You can find many common questions in the FAQ on the right side of the home page. In this case, usually if the sumbitter has left the site, it will probably not be posted for a while. If you want someone to check into a specific problem, post it here or on the Chatterbox. |

Josie has some interesting ventures which are keeping her busy. These have been keeping her quite busy. At the time of this post she is about to embark on an overseas trip for some weeks.
Unsure as to what her main focus is at the moment so we'll just have to see, or wait for her reply.
