I haven't read any of the other answers yet, so here goes. The code involves typing with your hands shifted to the right by one letter. The capitalization has something to do with a missing 'a'. The text translates to something like: "Find the word that has at least 2 apostrophes and then encrypt your answer (using the same code)
My answer, unencrypted is: couldn't've (short for could not have)
Encrypted:
vpi;fm
y
BR
I capitalized the BR because of the missing 'A' in 'have', though I think this could be optional. Or maybe it couldn't've been optional, I'm not sure.
