The Levik code, like the Flooble Code, and the Bible Code must refer to a message hidden in every Nth letter.

If you look at every 20th letter, and start with:
The 1st letter:  theudan
The 6th letter:  eagleei
The 11th letter:  haseeom
The 16th letter:  landedP

Message:  THE EAGLE HAS LANDED
