A normal house was built, with 4 walls and a roof. But each wall had a southern exposure. A bear comes up to the window. What color is the bear and why?

The bear is white and comes from the arctic, which you already know, but did you know, ARCTIC is a derivative of the greek word "arctos" meaning bear, and ANTARCTIC is "anti-arctos" meaning no bears?
