Walking the Blank (Posted on 2013-08-19) Difficulty: 3 of 5
Find the probability that if each of the digits 0, 1, 2, ..., 9 be placed exactly once in random order in the blank spaces of:

5_383_8_2_936_5_8_203_9_3_76

the resulting number will be divisible by 396.

Solution spoiler, hopefully | Comment 1 of 4
ANS: ZERO
The resulting number will be divisible by 36 (sod=90+45,
ends by..76), but cannot be divisible by 11,
since 73-(17+45) is not 0 mod 11.

REM: unless I've erred in my hasty addition.

Anyway, why D3?
