Thank you Charlie. Very interesting. Note that the puzzle is asking about boy's names. Name playground confirms my expectation that there is not a single boy in the US named Brain. Not one. In fact, nobody in the US under 20 is named Brain, male or female.
(I am amazed that 3,667 people over 20 are reportedly named Brain. I bet that a lot of those are misspellings, from before data entry clerks had spell-checkers.)
