Although only one entry matches the puzzle (Ontario!), your effort of broadening the scope of our general  knowledge should be recognized and appreciated by all of us flobbers.
I strongly recommand LOOKING UP  ..."Vulcan Point sticking up out of Crater Lake in the Philippines. The little landmass is cited as the world’s largest island within a lake on an island within a lake on an island…
