Using logic, is Elizabeth drinking coffee or soda?

At the outset, each of George, Helen, Steve and Elizabeth contain precisely two E's in their given names, while Bert, Karen and Dave each contain a solitary E in their given names.

Since the word "Coffee" consist of precisely two E's, it follows that the coffee drinkers in the given problem must have precisely two e's in their given names.

Consequently, Elizabeth is drinking coffee
