Justify each of the above as a valid answer for "Odd man out" question.

In order from "best" to "not so best" choice (i.e., the order they came to mind):

Hen is the only bird among mammals.

"sheep" is the only word that's both singular and plural.

"cow" is the only one with letters in alphabetical order.

Pig is the only not-possibly-kosher food. (also the only word with letters in reverse alphabetic order).

Metadistinction: Pig is the only one that is distinguished both as a word and as an animal, in my classification scheme.
