Bertrand Russell's famous recipe for longevity:

As you see - only the vowels are left. Hopefully, it's enough to restore the original quotation.

From a strictly grammatical viewpoint and "recognizing that the period is important" (Henderson v. State of Mississippi, Supreme Court of Mississippi, February 8, 1984)*, the last blank position should be designated for the period.

So the solution is:

GROOVE FOUR HATEFUL WIVES .
