In general, log_(2^a + 3^b) (2^c + 3^d)

= (log_2(log 2^c) + log_2(3^d))/(log_2(log 2^a) + log_2(3^b))

= (c + d*log_2(3))/(a + b*log_2(3))

= (c + dx)/(a+ bx)
