'elephant' is the only choice with a trunk but is an herbivore along with 'antelope' and 'giraffe'.

'albatross' is the only choice that has feathers, flies, and only two legs but it shares double-letters with 'giraffe', plus it's a predator.

'leopard' is the only feline and the only tree-dweller but it's a predator and like 'giraffe' has spots.

 

'crocodile' is the only water dweller but it has four legs and is a predator.  

Flying does it for me.  I vote for 'albatross'.
