Given that:

ABC is an isosceles triangle in which

    AB = AC

The lengths of the following segmets are equal:

    AD
    DE
    EC
    BC

Find the measure of angle A.

Boy, was this a turbulent one. Well, a few solutions were offered by different people, all of them interesting, and all found in the comments section for this problem.
