Seven words associated with pirates wind through the grid below. From letter to letter you may go horizontally or vertically but not diagonally. Each word begins on one of the light blue squares and is at least five letters long.

When the words are completed, there will be ten letters in the grid not used by the words—one in each column. In the bottom row write the next letter of the alphabet after the unused letter in that column; it will spell out another pirate term.
