The smallest number over 10 if both its reverse number added to it results in a square number and if its reverse number is subtracted from it results in a square number is 65.

65    :     65 +     56 =  11and
            65 -     56 =   32

Some of the additional numbers with the feature are:
242   :    242 +    242 =  22and
           242 -    242 =   02
20402 :  20402 +  20402 = 202and
         20402 -  20402 =   02
24642 :  24642 +  24642 =
222and

24642 - 246422 =   02

If leading zeroes are permitted,
621770: 621770 + 077126 = 8362 and
        621770 - 077126 = 7382
