A "find in page" for the letter n does not find the symbol to which you refer in the puzzle. It is a pi.


Also if you zoom in, the pi has a completely rectangular top, as opposed to the dome top of an n plus a serif to the left.

It's unfortunate that the font used on the site does not give a wavy top and overhang to the pi.
