If we're sharing nonanalytical solutions

I quick plot on desmos makes it pretty clear that a solution exists with one of the variables =1.
Letting c=1 we can easily find the others: a=1+sqrt(2), b=1sqrt(2)
From which the solution is 83.
Also the squares sum to 7<10
