How can you divide an angle into 3 equal angles? You may only use a straightedge and a compass to achieve this.

(This means : You have an angle A, you divide Angle A into 3 Angles B,C,D. And B=C=D=A/3)

Note: vohonam clarified that the problem actually only gives you a straightedge, not a ruler.

i didnt think it all the way through i just assumed that cutting the line in three and puting lines to it made 3 same angles. i got the idea from friedlinguinis post that said something about using a ruler to cut the line in two equil parts to make 2 angles and just assumed that it would work for three with out doing the trig first
