What's under the radical is (1/9)*(1 - 10^(-100))

sqrt(1/9) is obviously 1/3

The other factor, (1 - 10^-100)  can be written as

10^100 - 1
----------
10^100

The denominator's square root is 10^50.

The numerator consists of 100 9's. I don't see a way of getting its square root.
