Let's compile a ist of all geographic/geopolitical entities whose names contain at least 3 letters A and no other vowels.
Include states (like Alabama), rivers (Angara), mountains (Ararat), cities (Larnaca) etc.
Your entries must appear in reliable dictionary/atlas/database.
Since the cities program was grouped by country, it was simple enough to test all the countries found. Countries without any city larger than 100,000 people are probably excluded, as that was the cutoff for the article that was concerned with cities larger than 100,000.
