A - Oh, I misunderstood there was a second part. "Shoo shoo little bird" in the 2nd line is what you're getting at I think. I had just assumed that since they start w/ the title as a lyric, that is what you were after.
As for rating, I guess I only do that for maniacally difficult puzzles that have fundamental import in the field (as opposed to numerical curiosities) like the recent Euler's Spoiler thing that is burning out my laptop battery (once again) prematurely. I use ratings to express my frustration and appreciation for the very difficult ones or a warning to others for the too easy ones.
This one here was just right - quick and satisfying, although my laborious code is not half as condensed as Charlie's typical VB stuff.
Speaking of C - I am assuming he is just on vacation...
