M^o Celsius = N^o Fahrenheit.

Determine all possible values of N<10 such that N is a perfect power.

*** F = (9/5)*C +32, where F denotes degree Fahrenheit and C denotes degree Celsius.

It was indeed a typo.

Each of M and N is a NONNEGATIVE integer.

BUT, I intended N to be LESS than 10^9.

I don't know how it appeared as N<10, when the problem was finally published.
