I'd very much like to hyperlink your solution, since it would serve as a nice alternative methodology to my official solution..


 However there is at least one step missing in your solution.. 
 You wrote: 
"To be divisible by 11 requires 10+7+X+63 divisible by 11 so x=8"

 Please state that:
"B and A are respectively 11 and 10 in base ten.
Therefore, to be divisible by 11 requires 10 +7+X +63 divisible by 11 so x=8"

Also, you must state that :
"99 = 9*11"
