That is, precisely one "I" was missing in it.
This corrected version anagrams as "HAPHEPHOBIA"
Farlex Partner Medical Dictionary defines haph-e-pho-bi-a as "a morbid dislike or fear of being touched."
Without that anomaly, this problem would have made a great word puzzle. I tried to bring up the rating as much as possible from a mere D1.
