10000a + 1000b + 100c + 10d + e = 28571

a = 2

b = 8

c = 5

d = 7

e = 1

So, the number is ** 285714**.

Also, just from my thoughts, I think it can't be 0, coz it says "precisely 50%," and 0 can be 1.983% of 0, 2.124% of 0, 3% of 0, etc. and not only be 50%
