This is a well known quote by William Shakespeare, the legendary English playwright, poet, and actor.
However, all the vowels have been removed and the consonants and punctuation marks have been divided into groups of five letters and additional puncuations.

Punctuation was the key, wherein I caught the meaning of the thing.

First, for me, was this block: NM?THT
Suggesting the word 'name' at the end of a question.

A second key was WHT'SN suggesting "what's".

“What's in a name? That which we call a rose by any other name would smell just as sweet.”  From Romeo and Juliet.
