I will say that you will need to "convert" the numbers as you see them here to another more readilly used set.

Your last ideas are good! Now you just have to figure out how to get those into the numbers, then "convert" them.

Notice the last "part" in each row. This may give a clue as to what's happening. I think the last "part" in each row would continue in this pattern if continued.
