At exactly 12:00, the hour, minute, and second hands are all pointing straight up.

Are there any other times that all three hands are superimposed?
If so, when?

If the time was H:M:S
I managed to get:
H + M/60 + S/3600 = M/5 + S/300 = S/5
and from there proved that 2=2....
