Using only two inverters and an unlimited number of AND and OR gates in a logic circuit, show how to invert an arbitrary number of inputs.
(For instance, if you have four inputs, the circuit will have four outputs that are the inverses of the four inputs)

This solution will work without a counter and the timing will be correct. Each gate will remain in it's present state until the next input. All outputs will arrive at the same time satisfying the requirements with less than given.
Note: "And" gates could replace any or all of the "or" gates
