We embolden some of the the letters in the encrypted paragraph as follows:
"Takaetshemoenecytothreswientgingbrmidgeethseothsersidaeoftgowen".
The emboldened letters when placed side by side and properly punctuated reads as "A Secret Message"
Accordingly, deleting the emboldened letters we obtain the following string:
"Takethemoneytotheswingingbridgetheothersideoftown".
Puctuating the above string, we obtain the required secret message as:
"Take the money to the swinging bridge (the other side of town)"
