The five sets should read:
{4, 6, 4}
{6, 12, 8}
{8, 12, 6}
{12, 30, 20}
{20, 30, 12}

These are the number of {Faces, Edges, Vertices} of each of the Platonic solids. You may be familiar with them as the 4 sided, 6 sided, 8 sided, 12 sided, and 20 sided dice. (A 10 sided die is not a Platonic solid.)

A Platonic solid is a polyhedron in which all the faces are congruent, regular polygons, and all the solid angles are equal. There are 5 (and only 5) Platonic solids.
