What is the only word in the English language that when capitalized is changed from a noun or a verb to a nationality?

As to the right interpretation of the AND/OR business we can all agree that the phrasing of the question is ambiguous and may be read as " BOTH word AND noun" OR "EITHER word OR noun".

Personally I prefer the EITHER version ,but:
1. Chacun a son gout...
2. Who else cares??
