Irtrons are theoretical points in the universe from which matter is created from nothing. I think they were theorized for steady state theory. You'd have to look that up. Anyway, if you google irtrons, you might find that there is some theological discussion that follows (relating to the theory that matter that is created from nothing). I strongly discourage any theological discussion here, and so will not state my opinion on the matter.
