Lou Zerr is trying to pick up a woman at a bar. The woman, Denise, is reluctant to give out her number, but she gives Lou a clue.

My lawyer/engineer brother confirms that "evenly divisible by" just means "divisible by, with no remainder". So 9 is evenly divisible by 3. (9 is not oddly divisible by 3).
