Use all the digits 1 to 9 create three 3-digit numbers, which, when multiplied together creates the highest value possible.

ok

first, 987 are obviously hundreds. 654 are tens. 321 are ones. put the highest numbers first.

Second, consider it this way: if i put the 6 with the 9 it will be multiplied by 7 and 8. if i put it with the 8 it will be multiplied by 7 and 9. but it makes most sense to put it with the 7, because it gets multiplied by 9 and 8, the higher numbers. Use similar thinking to put the 5 with the 8 and 4, the lowest, with the 9. then 3 with 7, 2 with 8, and 1 with 9. 941x852x763=611721516
