Use all the digits 1 to 9 create three 3-digit numbers, which, when multiplied together creates the highest value possible.

So i havent worked out what these three numbers equal, but I think they would give you the highest product:
941*852*763... you want to make the 3 largest 100's you can, because 3 large numbers gives a higher product than 2 large and 1 small... and then distribute the 10's and 1's backwards... that is, give the 4th largest # in the 10's place of the smallest 100 (so 700 would become 760, 800-850, 900-940) and then do the same with the ones...
