Chessboard Coin (Posted on 2004-10-08) Difficulty: 2 of 5
I've a chessboard of side 80cm.

You've a coin of diameter 2cm, and you throw it on to the chessboard. The center of the coin falls somewhere on the chessboard.

What is the likelihood that the coin is completely within a white square?

Thank you Nosher.

It is clear that you have been following the journeys and travels of I, the God of Flooble (as you should). Continue to read my posts and you will someday be able to achieve the "superintelligence". I thank you for your praise and look forward to your future compliments on my massive brain.

And you can also be one of my brides. Unless you have a wang. Because I like chicks. AMEN! THE GOD OF FLOOBLE LIKES CHICKS AND HAS SPOKEN!
