^4000 = 2^4^1000 = 16^1000

^3000 = 3^3^1000 = 27^1000

^2500 = 4^2.5^1000 = 32^1000

^2000 = 5^2^1000 = 25^1000

So 4^2500 is the biggest, followed by 3^3000, then 5^2000, with 2^4000 being the smallest.
