Each of the letters represent a different integer 0 TO 9 and each row and each column represent a nine digit prime number (18 in all).

Some Thoughts For Starters !!! | Comment 1 of 6

I am assuming the grid only reads top-bottom and left-right ( ie. not in the reverse order or daigonally )

So we have...
C,D,F,A, - 1,3,7,9
B,I,H, - 2,4,6,8 ( Cannot be 0 )
G,E,J - 0,5 ( and leftover from b/i/h )
