There is just one way to go from XXXXOOOO to XOXOXOXO in five moves if *three* adjacent coins are moved at each turn. How?

Using nikki's squeeze definition, I think there are a few solutions, as any solution that initially grabs three O's or three X's has two choices. Here is a squeeze solution that is
1)not unique in initial or second choice, and
2)only four moves are used!

X0XOOOXX
XOXOXXOO
XOXOXOXO
