Well, I know that O3 already posted the solution, but without spoilers, and the only way I "figured it out" was by reading the spoilers in Danny’s most recent comment (so I totally didn't get it on my own), but for those of you interested, here’s what’s up.
The puzzle asks "Who is the director of Perplexus?" It uses "reverse alphanumeric" coding, if that is a term. In other words, A=26, B=25… Y=2, Z=1. Though many letters were represented by 2 digits, no spaces were put between "letters." That made it confusing for me originally.
Anyways, so the answer to the puzzle is Levik, or "It is Levik" as O3 said =)
