Place the numbers 1 through 15 in a 3 by 5 array so that each column has the same sum and each row has the same sum.

First Hopeless attempt

Row 1 = 15 , 1 , 6 , 7 , 11 = 40
Row 2 = 8 , 14 , 4 , 12 , 2 = 40
Row 3 = 3 , 9 , 13 , 5 , 10 = 40

But Columns ???

Column 1 = 26
Column 2 = 24
Column 3 = 23
Column 4 = 24
Column 5 = 23

Somehow 2 points have to go from the 1st column; 1 in the 3rd column & 1 in the 5th column
