All wrong! :-) This has nothing to do with anything in the real world. IOW, it's strictly a number based sequence.

And I was worried that this might be too easy that I almost took out the hints. The only ideas I saw that were on the right track were when you wrote the 2nd number with a zero in front. And there was something about columns? I'm sorry I feel like I can't say anything more without giving it away. Maybe in a few days I'll give another hint.
